Instructions
For the Tomato Sauce
Step 1
Heat about 1-2 tbsp olive oil in a small pot over medium heat and add 2 cloves chopped garlic and red pepper flakes to taste. When garlic begins to brown, add in crushed tomatoes. Add some fresh basil and season with salt.
Step 2
Simmer for about 30 minutes.
For the Meatballs
Step 3
Combine the following in a bowl with the ground turkey - finely chopped shallot, 2 cloves chopped garlic, 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley, breadcrumbs and cream. Season with salt.
Step 4
Brown in a pan over medium-high heat.
Step 5
Once meatballs are browned, pour tomato sauce over and simmer until meatballs are cooked through.
Step 6
Top with fresh grated parm and parsley
