Instructions
Step 1
Wash the anchovies, pat dry with kitchen towel and leave in the fridge to dry before frying. Deep fry anchovies until crispy and set aside.

Step 2
Grind shallots and garlic.


Step 3
Heat oil and fry ground mixture until fragrant. Add chili paste(fry until aromatic), onion, tamarind juice and seasoning.

Step 4
Simmer for 5-10 minutes until gravy is thick. Put in prefried anchovies to mix.
