Nut Butter Bite
1 CupNut Butter
Crunchy, I used Peanut Butter
1 CupAlmond Meal
0.5 CupOat Milk
0.33 CupRice Malt Syrup
0.33 CupVanilla Protein
Vegan
1 tspvanilla extract

Instructions
Step 1
Mix together all nut butter bite ingredients in a large bowl. Mixture should be thick and smooth. Scoop into a 12-hole silicon tray, smooth over the tops with the back of a wet spoon and set in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
Step 2
Place chocolate and coconut oil into a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 20 seconds increments, stirring after each, until fully melted.
Step 3
Remove nut butter bites from the freezer and using a skewer or fork, dunk each into the chocolate. Place onto a lined baking tray, sprinkle over a pinch of salt and set in the freezer for 5 minutes. Enjoy! Store in the fridge for 4-5 days.
