Instructions
Step 1
Sauté onions and peppers in a large frying pan with oil until just soft. Put aside.
Step 2
In a small microwave safe bowl, add tomato paste, butter, water, seasoning, and chicken bullion (better than bullion).
Step 3
Microwave at 15 second intervals, stirring in between, only cooking until all ingredients are melted together.
Step 4
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 5
Line baking sheet.
Step 6
Put naan on baking sheet.
Step 7
Gently cover with tomato sauce, onions, bell peppers, and meatballs.
Step 8
Top with cheese.
Step 9
Bake in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until cheese melted.
