Step 1
Dip strawberries in vanilla Greek yogurt. Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Step 2
In a small bowl, microwave white chocolate and coconut oil for 45 seconds. Stir until smooth.
Step 3
Drizzle white chocolate over strawberries. Sprinkle with graham cracker.
Step 4
Freeze for 30 minutes or until white chocolate has hardened.
