Instructions
Step 1
For the glaze, break the chocolate into small chunks and place them into the microwave-safe bowl. Melt in the microwave in short 10 seconds bursts, stirring constantly every 10 seconds. When melted add 15ml sunflower oil and mix until combined. Set aside to cool a bit.
Step 2
Stuff Raspberries with pistachios and freeze for 20min before dipping them in chocolate. It will help the chocolate to set up faster.
Step 3
Using your hands, fork, tooth-peek or wooden skewer dip the raspberries into the chocolate and wait until excess drips off.
Step 4
Transfer raspberries to the small tray lined with parchment and place them in the fridge to set a bit.
