Step 1
In a small bowl, mash your raspberries then mix in your chia seeds and oats. Set aside
Step 2
In another small bowl, combine your dark chocolate and coconut oil. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted
Step 3
Add your raspberry mixture to the chocolate mixture and stir until well combined
Step 4
Add this to a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Top with coconut flakes
Step 5
Freeze for two hours before serving. Break to pieces and store frozen
