Step 1
Juice lemon and remove seeds. Add extra virgin olive oil to equal the quantity of juice. Add crushed garlic and Dijon mustard to taste (I went with one teaspoon of garlic and three of Dijon). Season with salt, pepper and fresh herbs. Add raw honey, agar or maple syrup if sweet/sour is required. Get creative and try it with paprika or a tiny bit of cinnamon. Use to coat roast vegetables before cooking. Drizzle over, or marinate meat separately, so it does not come into contact with non animal products. Meat can be cooked in this dressing or the dressing can be added when serving. Serve with meat and cheeses on the side.
