Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees 2. Cut all excess fat off of the meat 3. Place meat in a pan lined with foil 4. In a bowl, mix the cans of green chilis, minced garlic cloves, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper 5. Once thoroughly mixed, evenly spread sauce on both sides of meat and dump excess in the lined pan. Once finished cover meat with another piece of foil to prevent splatter or spills. 6. Place in oven and bake for 4 1/2 - 5 hours 7. Pull out and shred meat, it’s ready to serve how you desire!
