Donut-Shape Cinnamon Scones

I created this recipe actually by mistake. I was intended to make a healthy donut by air fryer, but probably there was something wrong in the process, it turned out to become a scone. But you know what, the taste is so good and I love it! Try it if you want some dessert but worrying about the high calories.

Instructions
Step 1

Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large bowl. Mix in butter until crumbly. Stir in milk and egg until smooth.







Step 2

Knead lightly, then turn out onto a lightly floured surface. Roll or pat to 1/4-inch thickness. Cut with a doughnut cutter, or use two round biscuit cutters of different sizes.
Step 3

Add some oil on the doughnuts, place it in the air fryer with 375F and 5 mins per side

Step 4

Take the scones out, and deep them in cinnamon and sugar
