Healthier bakery style scrolls the whole family will love! You can use any spread/filling if your not a fan on Vegemite, I love this dough recipe with pizza fillings too!

Instructions

Step 1
Mix the dough ingredients together, then knead until smooth (add an extra tbs of flour if the mixture is too sticky).
Step 2
Transfer the dough onto a floured bench & roll it out into a rectangle.
Step 3
Spread over the Vegemite (optional to add 1 tbs butter) and sprinkle with cheese.
Step 4
Cut the dough into 2-3cm strips using a knife / pizza wheel, roll up into scrolls and place onto a lined baking tray.
Step 5
Bake for 15-20 mins at 180°C or airfryer for 12 mins until golden.
