Instructions

Step 1
Mix coconut yogurt and protein until smooth. Crumble in popcorn and mix well.
Step 2
Line a baking tray. Spread popcorn yogurt mix on the tray and smooth with the back of a spoon. Optionally top with ingredients such as dark chocolate, freeze-dried berries or nut butter and set in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
Step 3
Slice and enjoy. Store in the freezer and remove 10-15 minutes before eating.
