Instructions

Step 1
Heat oil in instant pot set to “sauté”.
Step 2
Add onion and chicken sausage — cook for 3 minutes continuously stirring so it doesn’t burn to the bottom of the pan.
Step 3
Add broth, salt, Cajun rub, minced garlic, and Worcestershire sauce to a large bowl — mix well. You can also do this before you cook your sausage so that it’s ready to go.
Step 4
Pour mixture over chicken sausage and add rice — mix well.
Step 5
Set pressure cooker to cook for 20 minutes. Once it’s done let it sit for 5 minutes and then “release”.
