Cajun Garlic Butter Lobster

Been waiting so long to make this. Been really busy last few months and this month is no different. But definitely wanted to make something special for my mom for Mother’s Day. I think y’all would be big fans of this one! Must try!!

Instructions

Step 1
1. **Prepare the garlic butter by combining, room temperature salted butter, garlic, parsley, and lemon juice (skip step if using pre made garlic butter)

2. **prepare spice blend by combining listed ingredients (skip step if using own spice blend), reserve half for the lobster and have for the sauce
Step 3
3. Prepare the lobster tails by cleaning and cutting in half
Step 4
4. Skewer lobster tails to prevent curling
Step 5
5. Coat lobster tails with 2 tbsp olive oil
Step 6
6. Coat lobster tails with 2 tbsp spice blend (see step 2)

7. In a pan, generously add olive oil

8. Once hot, add lobster tails meat side down and sear for 1-3 minutes depending on size

9. Flip lobster tails

10. Add in garlic butter and cajun spice blend
Step 11
11. Baste lobster tails
Step 12
12. Plate and squeeze lemon juice
Step 13
13. Garnish with parsley and serve
