Instructions
Step 1
Crunch up the All bran in a large bowl and add the egg replacement and almond milk and allow to stand for 10 mins
Step 2
Add the remaking ingredients and mix lightly until just mixed.
Step 3
Spoon the mixture into 12 cupcake cases
Step 4
Bake for 18 to 20 mins at 180 degrees C
Step 5
Chevk if the tops spring back before taking out of the oven.
Step 6
Leave to cool on a wire rack.
