Instructions
Step 1
Clean fish and arrange with spices and vegetable on clean cedar shake.
Step 2
Cover with foil.
Step 3
Place carefully into oven and bake at 350 F until fish is tender and flakey.
Step 4
Remove from oven and dispose of the fish and vegetables.
Step 5
Squeeze juice of one lemon over cedar shake and serve.
Step 6
Don't forget to save the fish for the neighbourhood cats!
