Baked Turkey Meatballs

Delicious turkey meatballs that are great as is or can be customized to your liking by making easy substitutions with ketchup, BBQ sauce, teriyaki or others. Don't forget to get creative with the dry spices as well, or you can add in some dried or diced veggies. This is just a basic recipe so get creative and share your creations.

Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 350 F (176 c)
Step 2
Mix all ingredients together well. (using your hands is the easiest way I've found, so just dig right in there.)
Step 3
Form meat balls about 1 1/2 inches. (You should be able to make about 25 - 30 meat balls.)
Step 4
Place on a lightly oiled baking pan, bake on center rack for 25 minutes at 350 F. (You can flip them half way through cooking, if you like. But this in not necessary.)
Step 5
Remove from oven, split into meal trays, serve fresh, what ever you like. these are delicious. and so easy to customize to your liking. YUMMMY YUMMMY!
