Instructions

Step 1
1) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2) Mix everything but the ketchup and ground turkey together in a large bowl.

3) Add ground turkey until fully incorporated. Do not over-mix.
Step 4
4) Transfer mixture to a loaf pan and spread out evenly.

5) Bake in the oven for 30 mins. Spread ketchup on top of it (optional) and return to the oven for 20-30 mins or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
Step 6
6) Take out of the oven and let rest for 10 mins. Garnish with chopped parsley and cut into 1-inch thick slices.
Step 7
7) Salt and pepper to taste and serve with a vegetable that counts and approved fruit side.
