Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180’C.
Step 2
Using a sharp knife cut 4 slits half way down into each hot cross bun.
Step 3
Spread nutella into the cuts and 2 pieces of sliced banana per slice. Place all the buns in a lined baking tray.
Step 4
In a small bowl whisk together the egg and milk. Pour over the hot cross buns and cook in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
Step 5
Once removed from the oven, immediately top with the crushed mini eggs to allow to melt slightly before serving.
