Orzo with Chicken and Bacon

Instructions

Step 1
Fry the chicken in a little butter or spray oil along with the bacon lardons (if using) until cooked and the chicken has browned.

Dice one red pepper, add chopped black olives and sweetcorn (if using) to the pan with the cooked chicken and bacon. Next add the sweet chilli sauce (1 tablespoon)

Step 3
While the main ingredients are cooking, fill a second pan with water and bring to the boil. Add enough Orzo for the amount of people you’re cooking for. Cook for as long as it says on the packet
Step 4
Drain the Orzo, and mix with the other cooked ingredients. Serve, and enjoy x
