Step 1
Add Tortiglioni or Pasta of choice to boiling salted water and cook until al dente

Step 2
Fry the vegan bacon in a pan until crispy then remove and chop into bits .

Step 3
Add the white parts of the spring onions to the same pan reserving the tops for garnish . Sauté two minutes then add the peas broth salt and pepper to taste most of the dill and bring to a boil

Step 4
Reserve some of the cooked peas and spring onions add heaped tablespoons of Vegan Pesto and blend the rest to a creamy sauce then add back in the pasta and cook another minute . Season again if necessary

Step 5
Serve and garnish with the rest of the peas dill ( also mint if you like a fresh kick) and the crispy vegan bacon and enjoy
