Instructions
Step 1
Sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt into a bowl and set aside.
Step 2
Melt the butter and combine with the vegetable oil, milk, sour cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs. Add the lemon zest and lemon juice. Mix everything and set aside.
Step 3
Add as many blueberries as you would like to the dry ingredients, add the wet ingredients, and mix everything until just combined.
Step 4
Prep your cupcake pan with cupcake liners and fill each one evenly with the batter. You can add extra blueberries and raw sugar on top before you put it in the oven.
Step 5
Bake for 20 minutes at 400°F.
