Instructions

Step 1
Combine all the seasonings together and rub on the pork roast, be generous
Step 2
Cut pork roast into 2 or 3 pieces
Step 3
Add chicken broth and liquid smoke to the Instant pot
Step 4
Add pork roast pieces
Step 5
Cook high pressure for 45min and NR for 20-25 min. Release the rest of the pressure and shred
Step 6
Add your favorite BBQ sauce or leave plain for tacos. Freeze leftovers for 6 months
