Instructions
Step 1
Start cooking your rice first, it will be ready when chicken is done cooking.
Step 2
Dice chicken into small cubes or pieces
Step 3
Add enough oil to your pan to cover the bottom and turn heat on
Step 4
Add chicken and cook thoroughly
Step 5
Add 2 1/2 tbsp of curry (adjust to taste) and coconut cream when chicken is ready and stir
Step 6
When it simmers (starts to bubble) add coliflour. When it simmers again, add salt, pepper, and garlic to taste. You can add corn starch or flour to thicken sauce if desired. Turn off heat, but no need to remove it from heat yet
Step 7
Put rice on dish and top with chicken curry for delicious meal 😋
