Instructions
Step 1
If not using jiffy mix user the following. 1 1/2 cups flour + 1 1/2 cups corn meal +1/4 cup-1/2 cup sugar+ 1tsp salt + 1 tsp baking soda
Step 2
Add all dry ingredients, then add liquid and mix.
Step 3
Bake for 45 min to 1 hrs at *325
Step 4
Knife in center should have crumbs but no liquid. Dry knife is cooked too much!
