Instructions

Step 1
To make the yakiniku sauce: In a small saucepan, bring all the sauce ingredients to a boil and let the sauce boil for 1 minute. Cool and store in a clean airtight container.
Step 2
2 To make the beef: Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear the beef for about 1 minute per side (depending on the thickness of the meat), then add 2 to 3 tablespoons (30 to 45 ml) of Yakiniku Sauce and stir to coat. Remove from the heat
