Step 1
Squash the saffron a bit, add the boiling water and let sit for 25 minutes.
Step 2
Preheat the oven at 190°C. Put 1/4 cup of oil in a big plate. Put the potatoes and the onions, cover with oil, bake 30-35 min.
Step 3
Mix the tofu, garlic, and the tablespoon of oil. Add the saffron water (remove saffron), salt and cayenne pepper. Mix.
Step 4
When the potatoes are ready, add the tofu preparation. Add a bit of olive oil and cook for 50-60 min.
Step 5
Cool for 20 min before serving.

Step 6
Mix all the ingredients.
