Instructions

Step 1
Grind the 3 spices with a mortar & pestle. Chop onion.
Step 2
In sauté pan, melt butter and add onions. Cool gently until onions are softened
Step 3
Press spice mix into chicken breasts
Step 4
Add chicken to the sauté pan and cook both sides just until they’re no longer raw. Don’t brown them.
Step 5
Add chicken stock, cover the pan and cook on low/medium heat for 8-10mins until the chicken is cooked through.
Step 6
Take chicken out but keep warm. Add cream.
Step 7
Turn up the heat on the cream mixture and reduce the liquid by half. Add back in the chicken for a min or two to make sure it’s warm enough to serve.
Step 8
Put chicken back in until it’s warmed back up. Serve with sauce poured in top.
