Step 1
1) Start by mixing water, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, and salt in a bowl. Stir well and let rest in the fridge.

2) Slice the tomato into quarter pieces and cut the cucumber into thin strips. Prepare the eggs, the cooked ham and the crab meat sticks into thin strips too.
Step 3
3) Cook ramen noodles according to instructions. I went with instant ramen noodles. Once the noodles are ready, put them into an ice bath to make them cold and bouncy.
Step 4
4) Garnish the noodles with the vegetables and egg strips, sprinkle some sesame seeds, and pour over the sauce. Enjoy! 🥰
