Instructions
Step 1
Place the cucumber between two chopsticks or wooden spoons. Cut in a 45° angle, but don't cut through. Turn the cucumber over, then cut straight.
Step 2
Add the cucumbers to a bowl with the remaining ingredients. Let it sit for at least 1 hour or overnight.
