Step 1
1. Mix cold in a saucepan 3 tablespoons of corn flour, 300ml water, 2 crushed oxo cubes

2. Get on a medium heat and keep stirred

3. Pour in the juices from the meat of your roast

4. Pour in a splash of red wine

5. Keep simmering on a medium heat for 20 minutes keeping it stirred

6. Everyone likes gravy different… if you want it thicker add more flour…. If you want it thinner add more water

7. Once you’ve got your required consistency pour from the saucepan into an easy pouring jug ready for plating up
