Turkey Chili with Kielbasa

Step 1
Brown the beef (turkey), and when it is almost done, add the Kielbasa. Drain the fat off.
Step 2
Add the onion, and cook until translucent.
Step 3
Add the tomato sauce and paste. Heat through.
Step 4
Add one package of chili seasoning mix, a half a palm of chili powder.
Step 5
Add salt, and pepper to taste. If additional flavoring is needed, add the second packet of chili seasoning a little at a time, and add more chili powder.
Step 6
Add the beans. Check from time to time...if the chili is too thick, add some water to thin it out, a little at a time.
Step 7
Let simmer for 45 minutes to an hour to meld flavors.
Step 8
Top with cheddar cheese and sour cream if wanted!
