Air Fryer Pizza Pockets

5 steps
Prep:10minCook:9min
If eating just the pizza pockets this recipe will serve two. If you have additional sides I would think you could serve four people. Great for kids and picky eaters, or just for nights you don't feel like cooking. I have not tried yet, but I would think that you could make ahead in batches and freeze for quick ready to go meals, you may just need to adjust the cook time by a couple minutes.

Instructions

Step 1
Open and roll out crescent rolls. Separate triangles and overlap two to form a rectangle. Press together with your fingers so it doesn't tear. You should have 4 all together.
Step 2
Top one half with pizza sauce, pepperoni slices, and cheese, along with any additional toppings you desire.
Step 3
Fold over the other half and press the edges shut with your fingers. Repeat for all four pockets.
Step 4
Brush melted butter on the top of the formed pockets.
Step 5
Air fry at 380F for 4 to 5 minutes or until top is golden. Flip the pockets and brush with butter on the other side (now on top). Air fry for 3-4 more minutes. Top with parmesan after flipping if you are using it.
