Instructions
Step 1
Add grated cheddar to a bowl. Im using white and red but you do you and use whatever you like . Then slice three slices of ham into little squares and add that then add 1 egg and lots of black pepper and mix together . Now add another egg and mix until combined and this is our filling.

Step 2
Roll out the puff pastry onto a parchment lined baking tray then divide into 12 squares . Take a tablespoon of the mix and put it in the center of each square . Now fold the corners diagonally and pinch in the centre . Brush with some milk or egg wash if you have eggs to spare ( I don’t these days ) now bake at 200 c for 15-18 minutes and enjoy
