2 x 8 ozsmoked whitefish fillets
skin removed

½ cupcelery stalks
diced

½ cupcream cheese
at room temperature

½ cupscallions
thinly sliced

¼ cupmayonnaise

¼ cupfresh flat-leaf parsley
chopped

¼ cupfresh dill
chopped

¼ cupdill pickles
chopped

¼ cupfresh lemon juice
from 2 lemons

1 tablespoondrained capers
chopped

1 tablespoonextra-virgin olive oil

½ teaspooncayenne pepper

½ teaspoongarlic powder

½ teaspoononion powder

½ teaspoonkosher salt
plus more to taste

Instructions
Step 1
Flake smoked fish into ¾-inch chunks in a medium bowl. Set aside.
Step 2
Stir together remaining ingredients in a large bowl until smooth. Gently fold in smoked fish until incorporated, leaving some chunks intact and being careful not to overmix. Add more salt and black pepper to taste.
