Instructions
Crust
Step 1
Mix flour and cocoa powder together. Add in nut butter and liquid sweetener. Mix until forming shaggy dough. If too dry, add in a splash of milk.
Step 2
Place the dough inside a lined ramekin and press to form crust.
Cheescake Cream
Step 3
Mix skyr, cream cheese, sweetener, protein powder and cornstarch together. Add in milk if too thick.
Step 4
Pour cheesecake cream into ramekin.
Baking
Step 5
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180C preheated oven.
Topping
Step 6
Sift cocoa powder on top to serve.
