Step 1
Coat and fry the chicken: Cube a small chicken breast and dip it in egg whites. Coat each chicken piece in panko crumbs until both sides are evenly coated. Air fry at 375°F for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through. Spritz with nonstick spray before frying.

Make the sauce: Whisk together soy sauce, sriracha, and honey in a small bowl until smooth. Transfer to a small pan and cook over medium heat until it starts to bubble and thicken.

Assemble: Add the cooked chicken to the pan with the sauce and toss until the pieces are coated and the sauce is absorbed. Plate the crispy honey sriracha chicken alongside rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
