Crying Tiger Beef Recipe

This Thai crying tiger beef is cooked to perfection, medium rare with a sweet and tangy dipping sauce. Add fresh vegetables on the side.

Instructions

Step 1
Marinate steak with oyster sauce, fish sauce and brown sugar for about 15 minutes. Add 2 tbsp oil and cook steak for 2-3 minutes on each side depending on your preference. (This is for medium rare) Let it rest for 10 minutes.
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine the tamarind sauce, lime juice, fish sauce, toasted rice powder, brown sugar, chili flakes and cilantro. Mix well and serve as a dipping sauce. Add fresh vegetables on the side for a nice refreshing crunch!
