Growing up, my mom always used canned spaghetti sauce until she realized how easy it was to make it herself. This recipe is a spin off of how she used to make it, with my own alterations to make it my own.
This pasta is great with a protein of your choice or just by itself.

1 x 6 ozcan tomato paste
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tsponion powder

ยผ tspcrushed red pepper
1 tspparsley
1 tspbasil
1 Tbspsugar
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
1 Tbspminced garlic
Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta based on instructions on the box.

Step 2
Cook onion in large pot with oil until soft and caramelized.

Add the rest of the ingredients to the pot. Stir constantly on a med heat.

Step 4
Set the sauce off the the side and drain the pasta, keeping a cup if the pasta water and adding it to the sauce.

Add cooked pasta and stir until evenly coated.
