Step 1
Preheat oven 350ยฐ F, Line two baking sheets with baking paper



Wet Ingredients
Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, blend your butter & sugar with an electric mixer. Mix 1-2 mins or until there is a creamy consistency. To avoid flat cookies, do not exceed over 2 mins. Once you have reached your desired consistency, add your egg and vanilla extract. Mix till they are fully blended in with your creamed butter and sugar


Dry Ingredients
Step 3

Gradually pour in the flour and baking powder to your creamed mixture, with a baking spatula stir your ingredients till there are no visible lumps of flour.

Step 4

Pour in your chocolate chip morsels
Prepare to Bake
Step 5

Using a Table spoon or Cookie scoop, line each pan with 3 rows of 4 cookie dough balls 2 1/2 inches apart.


Step 6

Set your timer for 11 mins, and place your trays in the oven. Bake for 11-14 mins until the sides are lightly toasted brown, the centers will appear soft. Remove your baked cookies and allow to cool for about 5 mins. Transfer to either a wire rack or plating of your choice. Enjoy!
