Sticky Toffee Sauce
Instructions
Sticky Toffee Sauce
Step 1
Add all of your items to a pan and cook on a medium heat
Step 2
Keep whisking until combined and allow to cool completely
Biscuit Base
Step 3
Smash your biscuits into a fine crumb and melt your butter
Step 4
Combine in a bowl and empty into your cake tin
Step 5
Press down until firm and tidy the edges with a spoon
Step 6
Place in the freezer to set whilst you make your filling
Cheesecake Filling
Step 7
Mix the cream cheese, sugar, double cream & sticky toffee sauce using a hand whisk or stand mixer.
Step 8
Remove the base from the freezer
Step 9
Press your cheesecake filling into the edges of tin, until a crater remains. Add the remaining sticky toffee sauce to the centre and top with remaining cheesecake filling.
Step 10
Level off with a palette knife and place in the freezer to set

Top your cake with sticky toffee sponge, dates and sticky toffee sauce
Step 12
Defrost in the fridge for 6-8 hours before serving
