Instructions
Step 1
Lay out wax paper for cookies to be dropped onto immediately after step 5.
Step 2
Mix 1st four ingredients (sugar, milk, butter, cocoa) in saucepan. Set on stove eye on high.
Step 3
☆Boil EXACTLY 1½ minutes from the moment it reaches a full boil. (Should be soft ball stage.)
Step 4
Remove from heat; immediately add oats, vanilla, & peanut butter.
Step 5
Stir 30 seconds or until well mixed.
Step 6
Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper. Allow to cool and harden. 5 to 10 minutes
Step 7
Serve & enjoy!
Step 8
Store in airtight container.
