+Bedford Buttermilk Pancake Recipe
I like mine a teeny bit fluffier than Mom's original recipe, so I added 1/4c (from 1c to 1 1/4c) flour and baking soda (1/2 tsp to 3/4tsp). I've made this recipe using whole milk and non-fat dry milk. The dry milk and water combined will make 1 cup of instant milk. Both work, but next time I want to try adding a bit of butter or applesauce if using non-fat dry.

Instructions
Step 1
1) mix the water and milk, whip with a fork until smooth and mix in vinegar. Let sit 5 minutes

Add wet to dry and mix to desired consistency.

GRIDDLE SETTINGS: 200-225 degrees
