Instructions

Step 1
Cut tofu into cubes and bake until golden brown (13 mins at 180 degrees)
Step 2
Cut vegetables and if possible, use food processor for grated carrot
Step 3
For peanut sauce add coconut milk, peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger, agave, sriracha and lime juice to blender and blend
Step 4
Serve with sesame seeds and enjoy
