Step 1
Preheat oven to 300 degrees (150 Celsius). Grease 2 loaf pans. In a small bowl mix 1/8 cup white sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Dust pans lightly with mixture.
Step 2
In large bowl, cream butter, Splenda, and remaining sugar. Mix eggs, bananas, sour cream, applesauce, vanilla and cinnamon. Mix in salt, baking soda, and flour. Divide into prepared pans.
Step 3
Bake for 1 hour, until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
