Step 1
Boil pasta to desired consistency
Step 2
Boil the garlic clove for a little bit to get rid of that raw spicy flavor
Step 3
Optionally boil broccoli for 2 minutes before charring
Step 4
Char the broccoli with a culinary torch, air fryer, grill, or oven.
Step 5
Wash mushrooms and basil in a bowl of water.
Step 6
Slice mushrooms and add to boiling pasta
Step 7
Blend cashews, water, nutritional yeast, salt and garlic
Step 8
Drain pasta, then stir fry everything with sauce for 30 seconds to a minute.
