Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, vanilla and melted butter. Add in the sugar and cocoa powder and whisk to combine.
Step 2
Add in the flour, baking powder and sea salt and gently stir until incorporated. Do not over mix in this part. Add the crushed graham crackers, marshmallows, and ¾ of the chopped chocolate bars.
Step 3
Grease an 8 inch cast iron skillet with butter and pour the batter into the skillet. (if using a baking pan, line with parchment) Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until the top is just under done and a tooth pick comes out with some moist crumbs on it versus clean. The skillet will bake it a bit more when you remove it from the oven and it will be nice and gooey perfection!
Step 4
Add the rest of the chopped chocolate on top as it will melt slightly. If desired, add more marshmallows and lightly toast them with a kitchen torch if desired. No need to wait very long. Just long enough to grab some spoons and a few scoops of ice cream!
