Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan). Line a 9" square baking tin
Step 2
Melt together the dark chocolate, (non chopped) chocolate orange and butter and leave to cool to room temperature
Step 3
Whisk the eggs and sugar until pale and mousse like and double the original volume
Step 4
Carefully fold in the cooled chocolate mix
Step 5
Carefully fold in the cocoa, flour and orange zest
Step 6
Fold through the chocolate orange chunks
Step 7
Pour into the tin and bake for 30-35 minutes. Once baked, leave to cool in the tin completely
