Instructions

Step 1
Oven 250. In lg. pot, bring 6 cups water to boil. Add quick grits and stir. Cook 5 min until thick.
Step 2
Off heat, add melted butter. (Granny says 1 stick is ok) Stir in eggs, cheese, salt, seasoned salt, and Tabasco.
Step 3
Spread mixture in a buttered casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 1 hr.
