Original Recipe: Serves 13 persons. 125ml (1/2 cup) portion size 1650g finished salad. 1kg carrots gives 750g carrots peeled with stems cut off

Instructions

Step 1
Peel the carrots and cut off the stems. Grate them.

Mix the cooled off dissolved jelly, crushed pineapples with juice and cream.
